All tickets and passes are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend a screening, you are welcome to gift your tickets to someone else.

Reselling tickets for a price higher than their face value is strictly prohibited.

Schedule Changes: MCR Palestine Film Festival reserves the right to modify the programme, venue, or schedule without prior notice.

Admission: Entry to screenings and events is subject to venue capacity and availability. Late arrivals may not be admitted once a screening or event has commenced.

Copyright and Recording: Unauthorized video or audio recording, photography, or distribution of any film or content presented at the festival is strictly prohibited.

Rights and Permissions: Filmmakers submitting to the festival confirm that they hold all necessary rights, licences, and clearances for their work and grant MCR Palestine Film Festival permission to screen it as part of the festival programming.

Fees and Selection: Submission fees are non-refundable, and all programming and selection decisions are final.

Liability for Materials: MCR Palestine Film Festival is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged physical or digital materials submitted for consideration.

Code of Conduct: Attendees and participants must conduct themselves respectfully to ensure a safe and welcoming space for all. MCR Palestine Film Festival reserves the right to remove or deny entry to anyone engaging in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour.

Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for personal injury, lost property, or external factors beyond our control affecting festival operations.

Policy Updates: These terms may be updated at any time. Continued participation in the festival constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
